Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING and NO TAXES on ALL products sold on Trustedtrampolines.com 

Some of our trampolines are shipped via freight, and some are shipped via ground. If it is shipping freight, you will be contacted by the freight company via telephone prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. If you are left a message, please call back in a timely manner to make sure you get your trampoline delivered as soon as possible. Most trampolines leave the warehouse within a week, freight is a bit slower than ground shipping, from then it will take about 5 business days to deliver.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-12 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Check out our expected delivery time section below. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@trustedtrampolines.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@trustedtrampolines.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Expected Delivery Time

Delivery time varies between the different trampoline brands on our site. Please see the highlighted brand names below for more details on the delivery process and timing.

SkyBound and JumpKing Products generally leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days after placing your order, this is an estimate from the manufacturer and is not guaranteed. If you are ordering a trampoline it leaves via UPS Ground. Delivery time can vary depending on location, but usually products will ship within 5 business days following it's departure from the warehouse. 

JumpSport Products generally leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days after placing your order, this is an estimate from the manufacturer and isn't guaranteed. If you are ordering a trampoline it leaves via ground shipping. Delivery time can vary depending on location, but usually products will ship within 5 business days following it's departure from the warehouse. 

Upper Bounce products generally leave the warehouse within 3-5 business after placing your order, this is an estimate from the manufacturer and isn't guaranteed. If you are ordering a trampoline it leaves via Fedex Ground. Delivery time can vary depending on location, but usually products will ship within 5 business days following it's departure from the warehouse. 

Vuly products generally leave the warehouse within 10-14 business days after placing your order, this is an estimate from the manufacturer and is not guaranteed. If you are ordering a trampoline it leaves via freight. Delivery time can vary depending on location, but usually products will ship within 5 business days following it's departure from the warehouse. If it's a smaller weighted item such as an accessory, shipping typically use two carries, Fedex and UPS. 

RAVE Sports products generally leave the warehouse within 1-3 business after placing your order, this is an estimate from the manufacturer and isn't guaranteed. If you are ordering a water trampoline it leaves via freight. Delivery time can vary depending on location, but usually products will ship within 5 business days following it's departure from the warehouse. If it's a smaller weighted item such as an accessory, shipping typically use two carries, Fedex and UPS. 

Texas Trampolines products generally leave the warehouse within 5-7 business after placing your order, this is an estimate from the manufacturer and isn't guaranteed. Texas Trampolines ship via freight, the shipping company will contact you to setup a drop off time. Delivery time can vary depending on location, but usually products will ship within 5 business days following it's departure from the warehouse. If it's a smaller weighted item such as an accessory, shipping typically use two carries, Fedex and UPS.

Accepting the Delivery

Someone over the age of 18 will need to be present during delivery to sign for the items. All shipments coming via freight are brought to the curbside only. The driver will usually help you lift the item off the truck to the curbside. If you are not available to be there for delivery, we suggest you coordinate with a neighbor or family member to greet the driver and accept the delivery.  If you ordered a trampoline package with an enclosure or other accessories, they may arrive in a separate shipment. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment at a time that is feasible for you. Free shipping includes curbside dropoff only. If you request for extra services, you will be invoiced separately for that specific service by the freight company. Here are a few other points to address:

  • When receiving your shipment, inspect the package for any signs of potential damage, before the driver departs. Some minor wear is common on shipments. Look for significant damage such as punctures or tears, anything that looks as if it may have damaged the actual product. If the damage to be significant, please reject the shipment and contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the Freight company and send a replacement order promptly.
  • Open your shipment and inspect for any damage or shortages. If there is any damage it must be documented at this time or if removes all liability from the shipping company.
  • If the driver won't mention of damages or shortages please refuse the shipment and contact us in a timely manner. 

P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or international addresses. Since we do ship to any address in the continental United States free, we recommend contacting a freight forwarder with an address within the US that ships to your destination country, if you are wanting the trampoline shipped outside the US.  

Tracking/Other Items

Items other than trampolines will be shipped via UPS or Fedex and will usually be shipped out between 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the buyer within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.

Cancelling an Order

Send an email to info@trustedtrampolines.com stating that you want to cancel your order. Please make sure that you include your name, your order number and a reason for the cancellation. One of our customer representatives will contact you to confirm the details. Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours. Additional costs and restocking fees may apply.
