What size trampoline should I choose? 

It depends on how you want to use it. For typical recreational outdoor play, a large trampoline is ideal. They are typically 10 to 17 feet in diameter and a couple to a few feet in height. There are also different shaped frames, such as circular, rectangular, and more rarely square. A rectangular frame makes jumping from one side to another easier and has more surface area for experts looking to add some tricks to their arsenal.

Are trampolines safe?

At Trusted Trampolines, safety is our number one priority. This is why all of our land trampolines are sold with an enclosure. However, establishing some ground rules is a great way to ensure the safety of your children, and whoever decides to use the trampoline. For example, don't exceed the maximum capacity listed in your owners manual.

Is it hard to assemble a trampoline?

Assembling your trampoline is not a difficult task and shouldn't take much time. Just follow the instruction manual included with your trampoline and it should be up in no time. If you can recruit some helpers, it does go up faster with an extra set of hands. Here's a quick tip. When installing the springs, avoid starting from one point and moving in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. Instead, imagine your trampoline mat is a directional compass. Start by attaching springs at north, south, east, and west so the mat is completely suspended before continuing. Then attach more springs at the mid points of the already attached ones. Continue to do this until your trampoline mat is completely and securely attached. This method evenly distributes the tension as you go, requiring less effort and protecting you and your equipment from potential harm.

How much does Trusted Trampolines charge for shipping? 

Shipping is free of charge for all products on The only exception is if you are located outside of the contiguous United States, a 3rd party shipper would have to be contracted and additional costs may apply.


Where does Trusted Trampolines ship to? 

Trusted Trampolines ships to the contiguous United States. If you are located outside the contiguous United States, please contact us and we may be able to contract a 3rd party to ship out to you, although additional costs may apply.


Will I receive tracking and shipping updates?

Tracking will be sent to the email you provided when placing your order as soon as we receive it from the our manufacturers, or the shipping company. This is usually within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Any other updates will be sent to you as we receive them.

Questions About Order Cancellations: 

How do I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order online at any time by creating an account, then choosing to "Cancel my order". You are given the option create an account when placing an order, or you can simply navigate to and click the icon in the upper right hand part of your screen to create an account.

Send an email to stating your order number, name, and reason for cancellation. A representative will reply confirming the cancellation of your order.

If you do not wish to create an account, you can call us at (929)-352-7150 and we will cancel your order for you.

Are there any fees for cancelling an order? 

You can cancel your order at any time up to 48 hours after placing your order free of charge. If you decide to cancel your order after 48 hours have passed, any fees charged to us by the manufacturer that are accrued as a result of the cancellation will be passed down to you. Typically these are restocking fees if your order had already been packaged for shipment, or shipping fees if your order had already shipped from the warehouse at the time of cancellation. These fees are usually under $50. If after 48 hours your order still hasn't been packaged for shipment, or shipped from the warehouse, we will not charge you any fees. 

You can reach out to us at any time by phone or email, and we will let you know if any fees would apply if you were to cancel your order. 

How long will it take until I receive a refund after cancelling my order? 

As soon as your order is cancelled you will receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed. Typically refunds take anywhere from 1-3 business days until the funds are returned.

How do I order replacement parts? 

Most parts will be replaceable with the warranty included when you purchase your trampoline. You can either submit a claim on directly on the manufacturers website, or contact us via phone or email ( and we can submit the claim on your behalf. Be sure to include your name, order number, and images of the part you need replaced.
